TENT HIRE

Tent sites are the responsibility of the Member. Only Members can hire a site and they MUST be in attendance at the site. There will be no third party hiring.

To secure a site, could Members please confirm sites before Friday 2nd July, with Dianne Browne on 02 6342 5068 and leave message if unanswered, also by email cowrapicnicraces@hotmail.com, giving details of tent size and height.

It has been decided that a charge of $250.00 will be required for a tent site including a $100 non refundable charge and the remainder will be refunded on the site being left tidy.

Please note - the sites will be inspected on Saturday morning and if they are found in good condition the deposit will then be refunded.

Any tent displaying advertisement other than Sponsors of Cowra Picnic Races will carry a further charge of $100.00. This charge is not refundable. Payment of this fee can be made at the time of booking a tent site.

Members are reminded that it is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to consume alcohol in a public place. Be assured Police will be patrolling the course on Race Day.
